Shipping Guide
Leaving Shanghai before your garment is ready isn't a problem — it's routine. We ship completed orders to clients in over 40 countries. The key is planning the delivery route from the start, not as a last-minute fix.

Provide your full delivery address — including postcode, country, and a mobile number — before production begins. Address errors are the most common cause of shipping delays.
We use DHL Express (3–5 business days) and EMS (7–14 days) for international shipments. DHL is faster and more trackable; EMS is a reliable economy option.
Your garment is carefully pressed, folded to minimise creasing, and packed. We send you a tracking number as soon as it ships.
Fit Note
When we know a garment is being shipped without a final in-person collection, we build in a small amount of room to give your local tailor space for minor adjustments if needed. Your measurements are archived for future orders.
DHL Express to Europe or North America is typically CNY 200–350. Exact costs vary by weight and destination. We can provide a quote at consultation.
DHL Express typically delivers within 3–5 business days to Europe, North America, and Australia. EMS takes 7–14 days.
Yes. We send you a tracking number as soon as your parcel is dispatched. DHL tracking is live and precise.
This depends on your country. Many countries have duty-free thresholds for personal imports. We declare garments at their actual value. Import duties are the client's responsibility.
