The direct answer: yes, after an in-person Wuyue visit
Wuyue clients can reorder shirts or suits after leaving Shanghai. After your first in-person appointment, we keep your measurements and fit preferences as the starting point for future orders. You can then contact us through WeChat or WhatsApp, confirm the new order, and arrange shipment to your location. Shipping is charged separately, and the fee varies by destination and parcel details.
A saved record makes remote ordering practical, but it does not remove every decision. We still reconfirm the garment, fabric, style, current fit, quantity, delivery address, timing, and shipping method before production begins.
Why the first in-person order matters
Measurements are more useful when they are connected to posture, balance, comfort preferences, and feedback from a real fitting. The first Shanghai visit establishes that context and shows how the finished garment sits on your body.
For this reason, remote repeat ordering is intended for existing Wuyue clients who have been measured in person. If you have never visited, reference photos and self-reported measurements can help us plan a consultation, but they are not the same as an established in-person fit record.
What you can reorder
You can request another version of a previous garment or use the saved fit as a starting point for a new one. Common repeat orders include business shirts, replacement trousers, another business suit, or a suit in a different color or seasonal cloth.
A repeat order can preserve what worked while changing selected details:
- Same shirt fit with a different cotton, collar, or cuff.
- Same trouser fit with a different fabric or an adjusted rise and hem.
- Same suit proportions in another business color or pattern.
- A revised order based on fit feedback from the garment you already own.

Send a complete repeat-order message
Contact Wuyue on WeChat at Ywr18019040978 or through the WhatsApp link on our contact page. Use the same name, phone number, or conversation from your original visit when possible so the shop can locate the right record.
Include the information needed to turn a message into an order:
- What you want: shirt, trousers, two-piece suit, three-piece suit, or overcoat.
- Quantity, occasion, preferred color, pattern, and season.
- Which previous garment fit you want to repeat.
- Any change in weight, body shape, comfort, or style preference.
- Your required date and whether it is flexible.
- Full delivery address, postcode, country, and mobile number.
Recheck body changes before repeating the fit
Tell us if your weight, training routine, posture, or fit preference has changed since the Shanghai visit. Also describe how the previous garment feels now: collar, shoulders, chest, waist, sleeves, seat, thigh, and trouser length.
Small, specific feedback can often be included in the repeat order. If the body change is substantial or the requested silhouette is very different, a new in-person measurement and fitting may be the more reliable option. We will not treat an old measurement file as permanently correct without checking.
Confirm fabric and design again
The original cloth may no longer be available, and screen color is not an exact substitute for seeing fabric in person. We can discuss available options through WeChat or WhatsApp and share photos or video, but the final choice should include the cloth composition, color, pattern, intended season, and price.
For suits, reconfirm lapels, buttons, pockets, vents, lining, trousers, and any waistcoat. For shirts, reconfirm collar, cuffs, placket, pocket, hem, and fit. A written order summary prevents 'same as last time' from hiding a detail that has changed.

Approve the order before production
Before production starts, confirm the garment specification, fabric, any measurement changes, quote, payment arrangement, estimated completion window, carrier, and shipping cost in writing. Timing depends on garment complexity, cloth availability, workshop schedule, and delivery destination.
If useful, ask for finished-garment photos before dispatch. This can confirm visible details and color direction, although a photograph cannot replace trying the garment on.
How international shipping works
Wuyue can arrange international shipping after the order is complete. Shipping is charged separately from the garment order, and the fee varies by destination, parcel weight, carrier availability, and service level. We confirm the shipping quote and expected transit time before dispatch.
Provide the recipient's full name, street address, city, postcode, country, and mobile number, then review the details before dispatch. Import duties or taxes, if charged by the destination country, are separate from the tailoring and carrier timeline.
The safest first remote reorder
For a first remote follow-up, repeating a proven shirt, trouser, or suit fit with limited design changes is usually the clearest path. It lets both client and tailor verify that the saved record and communication process work well before making larger wardrobe changes at a distance.
Start the conversation with your original order details, what you want to repeat, what has changed, and your delivery country. Wuyue will then confirm whether the order can proceed remotely and what must be agreed before production.
